Roy was very professional to deal with. He was responsive in providing a timely quote, arrived exactly when he said he would, and did a wonderful job in taking down 2 large trees in my yard. I asked him if he could take a branch down for a neighbor who is a disabled vet and he did it no questions asked. No charge. That's customer service!!! 5 Stars.
